Domestic Shipping Information

For Christmas delivery, place your order by:
December 17 at noon PST for Standard Shipping
December 22 at noon PST for Express Shipping

Shipping and handling rates are based on the merchandise total. All orders within the continental United States are shipped UPS Ground. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of most in-stock items. Items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. We will notify you promptly of any back-ordered items.

Shipping and handling rates for the continental United States, ground delivery:

For Alaska, Hawaii, and United States Territories, add $12.50.
For second day air delivery, add $15.00.
For next-day air delivery, add $31.00.

Additional shipping and handling charges are required for oversize items and are noted in the product description. Please note that these additional charges are not shown on your online order form. Our Customer Service Department will contact you prior to processing the order to confirm these additional charges.

All jewelry orders are shipped separately and require signature for delivery.
Gift cards are shipped ground delivery for $7.50.

International Shipping Information

Most products are available for international shipment. To place an international order please email us at museumstore@sfmoma.org or call 888.357.0037 Monday-Friday 9:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. Pacific Standard Time. International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited, except Canadian orders, which are shipped UPS Standard. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.

SFMOMA shipping and handling rates do not include charges for customs clearance. Recipients of international shipments are responsible for all customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes, which are collected by the UPS carrier upon delivery.
